Wire Transfer/ACH

To make a gift via a wire transfer or ACH follow this simple process:

• Complete the Wire Transfer/ACH Notification Form below. This will notify the foundation that a gift is being transferred and provide important details about the gift that will help the foundation process the gift efficiently and ensure the gift is directed as you intended.
• After the Wire Transfer/ACH Notification Form is submitted, you will receive an email that includes a copy of the information you entered and the wire transfer/ACH instructions so you can initiate the transfer with your bank.
• Once you initiate the transfer with your bank, the gift will be delivered electronically to our account.
