UNL College of Arts and Sciences welcomes new fundraisers
The University of Nebraska Foundation welcomes Joye Fehringer and Victor Martinez as development officers for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Arts and Sciences.
Together they join Amber Antholz, senior director of development, in establishing relationships with individuals and organizations interested in supporting the college through charitable giving.
Fehringer joined the University of Nebraska Foundation in 2007 and has served in various development roles. An alumna of UNL, she is a first generation college graduate from western Nebraska who is honored to help advance the university and state.
“Being a development officer for the College of Arts and Sciences means the world to me,” she said. “I am very passionate about giving more students the opportunity to receive affordable education, advancing the university and helping it to achieve greater excellence within the Big Ten and its peers worldwide, while building relationships with alumni, friends and donors. Finding ways to match generous, meaningful philanthropy with university needs is both rewarding and inspiring.”
Fehringer may be contacted at 402-458-1187 and by email at email@example.com.
Martinez is a UNL alumnus who brings experience in sales and financial services to his position. He’s especially grateful for his experience with student admissions at UNL and enjoys the opportunity to now connect with fellow alumni who are interested in supporting their alma mater.
“Graduating from the University of Nebraska was an amazing experience for me,” he said. “I have been a Husker since I was born, and working at the University of Nebraska Foundation gives me the opportunity to allow future Huskers to have that same opportunity, regardless of economic abilities.”
Martinez may be contacted at 402-458-1185 and by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
