Louis and Frances Blumkin Professorship for Holocaust and Genocide Studies

Established in 2011 by Louis and Frances Blumkin to provide a professorship in the Department of History at UNO who will teach academic courses, give lectures and otherwise participate in activities involving the study and the dissemination of knowledge concerning the Holocaust, (the genocide by the Nazis of the Jewish people before and during World War II), related crimes and atrocities, and the subject of genocide, in general.
