This Fund shal be used by the Husker Venture Fund Program (HVF) to provide Center of Entrepreneurship (C4E), College of Business, University of Nebraska-Lincoln students real-world investment and educational opportunities. The principle of this fund shall be invested in student, alumni and community startup companies as directed by the C4E which will inves in accordance with the policies set from time to time by the C4E. Investment decisions shall be determined by students who are members of the HVF and authorized by the HVF professional advisors, its lead instructor, and the Director, Center for Entrepreneurship, University of Nebraska-Lincoln
