Donations received by the LaVonne Kopecky Plambeck Early Childhood Education Center at the Univ. of Nebraska at Kearney provide the resources needed to support our children and early childhood educators. Philanthropic dollars ensure that all classrooms will be developmentally appropriate socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually to foster individual growth of the children and that all classrooms will provide exposure to emergent reading, writing, art, music, social sciences, physical education, and science. Donors to this fund provide UNK with the resources needed to continue to deliver the highest quality educational experience to the students in the early childhood classrooms of the Plambeck Center.
