Top Priorities at UNK

Make the greatest Impact

Looking for ways to make the greatest impact to the University of Nebraska at Kearney and its students? Below are some great options.

Chancellor's Priorities

Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) Child and Family Support

UNK has played a critical role in the preparation of P-12 teachers, counselors and administrators, and is now on the threshold of unprecedented growth in preschool education in Nebraska. With robust annual or endowed support, UNK will be able to provide scholarships and opportunities for youth in the community to benefit from the services provided by the ECEC. Scheduled for opening in spring 2020, the ECEC will be the first academic enterprise to be located at University Village.

Expanded Health Education and Medical Building

Through continued collaboration with UNMC, UNK will continue the momentum created by the Health Science Education Complex with expanded health education opportunities, particularly in public health and through a new medical education building.
