Support the Studio Art program
Studio art students focus on Two Dimensional Arts, Three Dimensional Arts, Graphic Design or Media Arts. These areas comprise the mediums of book arts, ceramics, digital art, drawing, graphic design, painting, printmaking, sculpture and video arts. Our curriculum, which is fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD), is designed to prepare students for real-world success as artists, designers, art historians, art teachers and museum and gallery professionals. Each area teaches required foundational skills and techniques while informing students of current trends in their respective field. Through the formal and contextual analysis of art and its interdisciplinary connections, our students obtain the critical thinking, research and writing skills that form the basis of all professional careers.
