Support the Department of Criminal Justice

The Criminal Justice Program at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is an applied program with with the internship as a hallmark of the program. Additionally, the department is home to a crime lab to give students hands on experiences and also hosts the Annual Criminal Justice Conference and Career Fair. This conference brings experts in the field to UNK for the benefit of approximately 400 UNK students and students from Nebraska High Schools. The faculty in the department have unique and diverse backgrounds and research interests they are able to share with students in class and through research experiences.

Stephanie joined the foundation in 2014 and is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska Kearney where she received her Master of Arts in Education and Educational Specialist degrees. Stephanie also served as principal and superintendent of Spalding Public Schools prior to coming to the foundation. Stephanie's passion and incredible experience in education make her a great asset to the foundation and UNK.
