University of Nebraska Dental Hygiene Department 50th Anniversary Endowment Fund

The University of Nebraska Dental Hygiene Department 50th Anniversary Endowment Fund is structured to provide perpetual support exclusively for the Dental Hygiene Department, with usage including but not limited to faculty support; scholarships; research; travel and related expenses; instructional support; equipment and technology; lectureships; and patient care programs – all exclusively for and within the Dental Hygiene Department.

This fund is structured so that if sufficient donations are received it can be used to endow the very first Dental Hygiene Department faculty fellowship, professorship or chair. Currently, there are 11 faculty endowments for the Dental College, all of which are designated for faculty in the D.D.S. program. We are striving to establish the first endowment for a Dental Hygiene faculty member. Faculty endowments are critical tools in our ability to recruit and retain great faculty.
