Class of ’52 UNL alumna and widow of former Husker basketball player Dr. Henry Cech, who was a longtime Lincoln orthodontist and a College of Dentistry alumnus, creates the first professorship of orthodontics at UNMC.

This fund supports the UNMC College of Dentistry’s Dental Museum, containing dental artifacts, dating from the 1850’s to the present. It is one of the largest collections of historic dental items in the U.S.

This fund supports the Department of Adult Restorative Dentistry, which provides continual dental education, emergency dental services and comprehensive care.

This endowed fund provides a College of Dentistry Chair in honor of Dr. F. Gene & Rosemary Dixon. Dr. Dixon was a 1947 graduate of the College of Dentistry and also the founding Director and CEO of Delta Dental.

This endowed fund provides a College of Dentistry Professorship in honor of the late Dr. Merritt C. Pedersen. Dr. Pedersen was a 1922 graduate of the College of Dentistry and a longtime revered faculty member. 

This endowed fund provides a College of Dentistry Fellowship in honor of the late Dr. George W. & Jane Boos Ferguson. Dr. Ferguson was a 1934 graduate of the College of Dentistry.
