Forsythe Family Program for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs

Forsythe Family Program for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs

The Forsythe fund helps support the programmatic efforts of the Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs Program at UNL and thus benefits students, faculty, and the community. Examples include an on-going speaker series featuring human rights scholars and practitioners; a forthcoming symposium on the topic of transitional justice; grants to support student and faculty research; and annual prizes for the best undergraduate and graduate essays on the topic of human rights. The Forsythe fund makes possible the continuation of these programs – and others like them – as the HRHA continually seeks to improve and expand upon the academic experience we can make available to our students.
