Thank you for supporting UNK, as your gifts make a tremendous difference. More than $45 million has been given during the Campaign for Nebraska to support all areas of UNK, from student scholarship funds to campus improvements. Watch this short video to see what your campaign gifts have done so far and what you can still do to help.

Your gifts can especially have an effect on the student experience at UNK. UNK is committed to providing a quality education to all students, regardless of their financial background. As UNK Chancellor Doug Kristensen says, “The state cannot afford to skip a generation when it comes to higher education.”

One way to help UNK during the last stretch of the Campaign for Nebraska is with a gift to the UNK Student Scholarship Fund. You will be helping students who may not otherwise be able to attend college.

Another priority is to create a new Health Science Education Complex. Currently, too many qualified nursing students are being turned away because there’s no room to grow the Kearney division nursing program. A new facility also means the university will be able to offer allied health programs in Kearney for the first time.

The ability to train and prepare more health care professionals will mean better care for Nebraskans in rural areas across the state.

Now is the perfect opportunity to make a special campaign gift of any size to UNK. To learn more or give, visit, campaignfornebraska.org/unk.
