UNL Extension Division provides educational programs for - empowering youth, strengthening families, advancing agriculture, managing natural resources.
Nebraska 4-H programs are delivered to one in three age-eligible youth, or 135,000 young people, one of the highest percentages of enrollment in the nation. 4-H in Nebraska intentionally targets four outcomes for youth: science, engineering, and technology; healthy lifestyles; career development; and the
development of life skills. Life skills learned include critical thinking, decision making and accepting responsibility.
