Login problems
Issue: I can't login to the site, it keeps saying "Please enter a valid User ID and Password."
Possible solutions: This could be due to any number of issues. First, do you have a valid account? You should have received a confirmation e-mail from us when you first signed up. Try referring back to the information contained in that e-mail. Next, ensure that you are properly entering your user ID and password, make sure the case matches what you originally entered. If that doesn't work, you can take advantage of our forgotten password tool which allows you to retrieve either your user ID or password.
Missing pages
Issue: I can't find the page I'm looking for.
Possible solution: In some cases we may remove or relocate a page on the site. You can try to search for a page manually if you can't find the page using our site search.
Slow page loading
Issue: I feel like the site is really slow.
Possible solution: Check your internet connection, are other sites slow as well? If so, the problem could be related to your connection. Also, from time to time the foundation's site experiences larger than normal spikes in traffic which can cause the site to slow down. If you believe your connection is working properly don't hesitate to contact us and report the problem.
