A strong, flourishing research program is essential for any premier dental college in the nation; faculty and student participation in research advances the knowledge base for oral health and systemic health, it leverages significant federal funding grants for research at our dental college, it fosters a lifelong dedication to learning and instills critical, creative thinking processes in our students which in turn advances all oral health professions and the quality of patient care.
